秋田県内に住んでいる外国人や、県内で国際交流や国際協力の活動を行っている団体がブースを展示したり、ブラジルのカポエイラ、ウクレレ演奏、ベリーダンスなどのステージパフォーマンス、ハピネッツの抽選券が当たるトークショーや、世界の食のブースでは中国、インド、エチオピアなどの料理が味わえるなど、企画盛りだくさんのフェスティバルでした。
Foreign people who live in Akita and groups which act for international exchanges or international cooperation, displayed booths to show the people of Akita their countries or daily activities.
More over, we could enjoy many kinds of programs, such as the performances of Capoeira from Brazil, Ukulele, etc. Also, there was a talk show by famous personalities, and Chinese, Indian and Ethiopian foods.

On that day, a lot of Akita prefecture's Yuru-Kyara (mascot character) came to entertain us.
His name is Nyagirou. He is very popular among kids.
当日は、県内に住む外国人の方もたくさん来場し、国際色溢れる盛大なフェスティバルとなりました！
The festival ended in great success with many visitors from all over the world!
