I rode the Super Komachi!! スーパーこまちに乗りました

今年から秋田新幹線の「こまち」のデザインが変わり、名前も「スーパーこまち」に変わりました。

This year, the Akita Super Express “Komachi” was renewed and its name changed to “Super Komachi.”

秋田はお米が有名なので、座席は稲穂をイメージした黄色です。

The seats are modeled a yellow color after an ear of rice, as Akita is famous for its rice. 

窓側の席はコンセントがついているので、ケータイの充電もできます。

The window seats have outlets, so you can charge your cellphone

私は東京から秋田へ帰るときに利用しました。最短で3時間49分で東京から秋田に行けます。

 I rode the Super Komachi when I came back to Akita from Tokyo. It takes a minimum of 3 hours and 39 minutes from Tokyo to Akita.

座席の前後間隔が広いので、スーツケースを足下に置いてもゆっくりできました。

I could comfortably sit with my suitcase lying at my feet because it was spacious in front and behind my seat.

大曲駅と秋田駅の間では、後ろ向きに進むんですよ。

Between Omagari Station and Akita Station, the train moves with its back end facing forward.
